Job ResponsibilitiesWork independently or with a team to deliver office support services which may include:
Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mailComplete print and copy projectsEnsure proper functioning of office equipmentSend, receive and deliver packagesPerform various tasks related to hospitality, reception, building support, inventory and other duties as assignedModel the Ricoh Way behaviors to represent our brand positively and professionally.
QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED required1
years of customer service experience requiredBasic understanding of Microsoft Word and Outlook requiredStrong verbal and written communication skills requiredPrevious mailroom experience preferredBasic understanding of Microsoft Excel preferredReliable, team player preferredSelf-motivated, adaptable with strong problem-solving skills preferredAt Ricoh, you'll learn the skills you need to advance and fulfill your career ambitions.
