(sm) As a Scrum master within DSG, you will play an important role in our success and future growth.
You will drive and coordinate projects for multiple products in our portfolio as part of a user-centered design process that also balances strategic business goals and the capabilities of available technology platforms.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders, UX Designers, front-end developers, and other members of cross-functional project teams to design and deliver web portals, mobile applications, and other digital products, always keeping an eye on the larger omnichannel experience.
The UX PM will partner with the business team, the technical team, and others within the Experience Design team to translate business requirements into consistent, easy-to-use, accessible, and aesthetically-pleasing solutions that achieve bottom-line results.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate the team's daily work including agile ceremonies Manage project financials Remove the obstacles or impediments faced by the team in its work Facilitate team's progress towards the goal and commitments through improvement in quality, predictability, flow and velocity.
Coach the team members - specially in adopting Agile practices Mentor the team members to adopt truly Agile mindset, including ownership, self-management and empowerment.
Focus on improving team dynamics, performance & management of conflicts Create a collaborative environment which allows the team and stakeholders to interact closely Help the team members achieve optimum productivity Plan the team's meetings like Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Demo and Retrospective Helps in tracking the team's progress daily in the Sprints Communicate status to management and stakeholders Help the team identify its strengths and weaknesses Guide the team in process improvement Collaborate with project and program leads to create overarching delivery timelines, project charters, business cases, communication plans Leads complex projects with overall responsibility for successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, status reporting and closure of a project or program Drives activities to achieve measurable outcomes by managing schedule, resource, scope, budget, risk, issue, dependency, and vendor relationship Provides timely updates to the IT PMO and Stakeholders by producing regular status reports and steering governance updates Experience Ideally:

years leading dev teams in a Hybrid and/or Agile development environment Experience with mobile application development a large plus Development experience with multiple programming languages Ability to take on user stories and create functioning code Certified Agile Coach, Scrum Master or P Experience with Confluence, Rally and/or JIRA PMP, CSM or equivalent Daily Responsibilities Check task board to identify concerns Facilitate daily stand-up, keep team on track Clarify story that's about to start with Product Owner and Developer(s) Discuss recent test automation run challenges with DevOps engineer Meet with Product Owner and BAs to groom stories in backlog Review current sprint progress and plan for upcoming sprint demo Assist Product Owner with stakeholder engagement and management Plan the sprint retrospective including future evaluation enhancements Review Product Owner feedback regarding deployment plan and approach Analyze and update team metrics to ensure proper project status Update risk / issue log, maintain budget, monitor project timeline Ensure overall project delivery (on-time, on-budget, high quality) Eight Eleven Group provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
