HRIS Reporting Analyst

Zurich is currently looking for a HRIS Reporting Analyst to work out of our North American head-quarters in Schaumburg, Illinois.
The HRIS Reporting Analyst Researches, analyzes, designs and maintains desktop computer systems in support of human resources administration and projects. Designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements. Prepares monthly and annual reports and creates ad hoc reports of moderate to high complexity as requested by clients. Works with other HR functions and business units to support business objectives. Promotes manager self-service. Responsible for data integrity and data tables as assigned.

Responsibilities:
Executes standard reports but primarily designs and develops adhoc reports of a moderate to high level of complexity
Handles intermediate to advanced programming needs to meet customer expectations and support project work
Understands and navigates systems effectively to provide support to clients as needed
Designs new functionality and modifies existing local/global systems
Monitors trends in order to recommend changes
Analyzes client needs, reviews data, develops and recommends alternatives for improvements to processes, customer service or products
Maintains data and information in compliance with all rules, laws and HR policies and practices. Ensures confidentiality of records and HR information
Develops and maintains partnerships within Human Resources and with customers
Ensures data integrity for respective areas of data entry and troubleshoots as needed
Supports HR (COEs and HRBP/HR Generalist staff) in meeting client needs
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Information Systems area
OR
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Information Systems area
OR
Zurich approved Apprenticeship program including an Associate Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Information Systems area
AND
Experience with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
3 or more years' experience with HR reporting modules within applicable systems such as SAP, Taleo (OBIE), SuccessFactors
Preferred
Qualifications:
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills
Ability to use data visualization tools like Tableau and Tibco Spotfire
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
