This is really an exciting opportunity for someone to step in and take responsibility for Supporting the SAP Human Resources (HR) activities related to SAP and other related software systems for the corporation. You will support all phases of a project life cycle including defining business requirements, analysis, design, development, configuration, continuous improvements, implementation, testing, and deployment of solutions, as well as documentation and end-user training. You will also act as the second or third level line of support and may be required to act as a lead on various assigned projects
DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
1. Provide hands-on configuration of SAP HR modules and sub-systems (OPE, Nakisa) as well as interfaces to other applications using HR data (e.g.time collection systems, payrolls, query development, data conversion).
2. Interact with IT development, basis and infrastructure teams for activities relating to materials management and procurement configuration or business processes.
3. Work closely with IT and internal business users in design, support and execution of business process design and implementation.
4. Serve as the IT liaison to the HRIS team and Human Resouces stakholders. Ensure a clear understanding of the overall business requirements; assist with prioritizing requests, confirm requirements and develop or enhance to be processes using best practice solutions.
5. Lead assigned projects as directed which may include implementation and enhancements of existing functionalities, including articulating requirements and translating them into high quality and effective solutions. Create appropriate project plan(s) to meet
project timelines and within budget. Lead team in testing, validating and documenting solutions.
6. Perform reviews of functional specifications and system integration test plans. Confirm integrated processes are tested and approved across applicable functional modules.
7. Communicate with colleagues, management and business unit(s) concerning requirements, project status and issues.
8. Develop and deliver end-user training.
9. Adhere to ITIL Governance guideline for all change management activities with knowledge of SAP CTS processes.
10. Understand, support and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
11. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
You should be capable of working independently on complex global projects requiring a thorough understanding of business issues affecting the global organization. You should also possess a balanced blend of business and technical knowledge and be capable of effective communications in both business and technical languages

year SAP configuration or implementation experience in a large scale multi-national SAP system

years SAP configuration background in core SAP HR module in an ERP 6.0 environment

years business analyst experience interfacing with business functional areas
o Knowledge of Payroll and Time and Attendance systems
PREFERRED:

years experience of proven project management skills
o Experience with HR Performance, Compensation, ESS/MSS modules of SAP HR
o SOX experience
o Experience with SuccessFactors, Nakisa, Kronos, ADP
o Experience working with SAP Service Marketplace
o Experience with SAP upgrades including support stacks and enhancement packages
o Comprehensive knowledge of the business processes around HR processes, procedures, and strategies
o Ability to grasp business problems, goals, objectives, and provide alternative solutions
o Solid understanding of requirement specifications, design, development and testing
o Good organizational and project planning skills
