Responsibilities include:
Manages the process and is responsible for interacting with firms and vendors and administering various legal department tools and systems to meet expected goals.
Performing updates to major software applications
Performs root cause analysis to identify issues. Provides recommendations on problems of limited scope.
Resolves issues and performs authorized changes to existing systems and processes.
Makes recommendations to immediate team to enhance performance and improve productivity.
Participates in status and operations meetings.
SKILLS:
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
5
years of experience in the IT field.
Understanding of system and application delivery, maintenance, and implementation process.
Understanding of end-user testing and training.
Ability to quickly learn such systems/processes.
Attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with people in all roles within the department and with other stakeholders.
Able to build relationships and foster a collaborative approach to working with internal clients across practice groups and with management.
Able to navigate and influence all levels of the organization. Can effectively convey solutions to teams and related support personnel, explaining results within a legal project management framework and achieving buy-in from stakeholder teams.
Must be a proactive, self-starter who understands the details and can integrate them into a much larger strategic context.
Must deliver high quality work and have the ability to follow up and follow through.
Must be flexible in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities. Able to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple, detailed tasks simultaneously, prioritize appropriately and delegate to resources available.
Able to anticipate problems and issues and exercise independent judgment to make sound, justifiable decisions and take action in solving problems while knowing when and to whom to escalate issues.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
