Audit cell site surveys for equipment space, power, HVAC
Verifying List of Sites to Audit/Survey
Purchase order requests
Providing Site Access information
Loading Surveys onto Shared Drive
Analyzing survey results while taking into account needs of small cell, in-building and dark fiber/facilities teams
Identify needed power plant/invertor, facilities frame, battery, and HVAC upgrades.
Funding and purchasing requests for needed equipment upgrades (both materials and installs)
Vendor management
Maintaining/updating accurate cell site records and floor layout drawings.
Needs to utilize AutoCAD or Visio to update floor plans.
Responsible for moderately complex engineering and/or analytic tasks and activities associated with one or Creation of detailed infrastructure engineering specifications for initiatives in accordance with business requirements and Client's server farm architecture guidelines
Coordination with infrastructure build and support teams to ensure systems are implemented to specifications
Associates or bachelor's degree preferred and 5 plus years of experience in the field or in a related area
Requires considerable knowledge of telecommunications equipment, software applications that are used within a networking environment Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Understanding of cell site network architectures (base station equipment (3G/4G), Routers, power plants, batteries, HVAC, equipment shelters, etc.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
