Automation Training Leader in Schaumburg, IL to provide safety product, safety application and safety standards training forIndustrial Automation Components sales staff and support staff, channel partners, and customers.
Responsibilities of the Automation Training Leader :
Deliver Safety training programs
Company and Distributor engineer level training on safety applications and standards
Company and Distributor sales level training on safety technology, standards, and applications
Safety training for customers (in-house and on-site)
Develop training courses using ANSI and IACET development standards
eLearning Self-Paced Customer Training
Develop presentations
Develop Course outlines/Learning Outcomes
Generate pre-test/post-test assessments
Develop hands on activities to complement Learning Outcomes desired
Safety certification
Achieve TUV Functional Safety Engineer status within 3 years
Expertise in safety risk assessment
Maintain product expertise by:
Updating assigned eLearning courses quarterly
Updating assigned Instructor Led courses yearly
Assisting with SYSMAC training - Safety, Vision, Logic, Motion, Robotics
Acts as liaison between Company Field Sales, coordinating efforts between company Omron personnel and customers regarding product-training requirements.
Requirements of the Automation Training Leader:
Four (4) year Engineering Degree (Electrical or Mechanical) or two (2) year Technical School Degree with equivalent years of technical experience.
Minimum of five (5) years of operation, maintenance, or programming experience in an industrial machinery background; ideally in packaging, automotive, or semiconductor industries.
Experience with instructing groups of 10 - 25 people (sales, engineers, management).
Experience in developing course objectives and training materials highly desired.
Experience in the use of course authoring tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline desired.
Ability to develop animations in flash or HTML5 considered a plus.
Industrial Automation experience programming Safety Light Curtains, Laser Scanners and programmable Safety controllers considered a plus.
Energetic, aggressive and focused.
Highly motivated self-starter and financially driven.
Strong relationship builder and a strong personal desire to win.
Ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally.
Good organization skills.
Team player mentality but able to work independently as required.
Strong interpersonal, listening, questioning and communication skills (written and oral).
May have up to 25% overnight travel.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
