The employment attorney will report to the Chief Legal Officer and manage legal services relating to employment law issues, including, advice and counsel, litigation (EEOC and State, as well as private litigation), and project work. The attorney will also help develop, implement and manage employment law and regulatory compliance initiatives, including audit and training programs. Draft and review employment related policies, codes, handbooks, employment agreements etc.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
