Responsible for defining requirements for call center product development in ASP.Net and XML by directly engaging with internal and external stakeholders to understand product roadmap and the need for future enhancements and new functionalities.
Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to improve business processes by leveraging SDLC, RUP, Agile and SCRUM Methodology.
Confer with personnel of relevant organizational units to analyze current operational procedures and identify problems.
Write detailed description of user needs, as well as functional and/or technical specifications using UML and Rational Rose.
Review current business process, workflow and scheduling limitations.
Study existing information-processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develop new system specifications to improve production or workflow as required.
Prepare business requirements documents, workflow charts and diagrams.
Elicit and document business and system requirements using requirements engineering best practices not limited to use cases, use case realizations, domain modeling, functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, and business process flow diagrams.?
Liaise with end user groups and Product Management to ensure the hand-off points are clearly understood, confirmed and documented,
Build strong working partnerships with internal customers, addresses customer demands with sense of urgency and manages expectations.
Knowledge and ability to use Concept Draw, JIVE and Ralley project management tools.
Job Requirements:
Masters degree in Business Administration
Two years of experience as Business Analyst
Experience with the following Skills:
Agile, RUP, SDLC; UML, Rational Rose; XML and ASP.Net; Concept Draw, JIVE, Rally.
Job site: Schaumburg, IL
Travel: Travel to local and regional areas in IL.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
