Responsibilities:
Answer any questions the customer may have about available products and services Enter customerorders and perform necessary tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing Maintain customer relationships by responding to inquiries promptly and efficiently and keeping record of details.
Setup and resolve problems with customer accounts Forward information to appropriate departments as needed.
