In this role, you will assume responsibility for the execution of routine administrative and medical tasks crucial for the efficient operation of our medspa and medical facility.
Key
Responsibilities:
Execute administrative duties with promptness and precision - must be flexible and be able to adapt Perform routine clinical procedures, including but not limited to:
Recording vital signs and intake Conducting blood draws and assisting / performing minor procdures Triaging patients to exam rooms Setting up procedures Facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients.
Scheduling and answering phones as needed Aesthetic treaments under physician supervision
Qualifications:
Previous experience in healthcare (medical office) or related fields is highly desirable - Aesthetic or Beauty background a BIG plus.
Working in a Vein Clinic previously or specialist office is also a BIG plus Demonstrating strong organizational skills.
Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment and medspa.
