Our work environment includes Modern office setting Growth opportunities Casual work attire International workforce Safe work environment Duties - General office work - scanning, mailing, answer phone calls - Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes - Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records - Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness - Assist with financial analysis and reporting as needed - Assist with Sales tax Preparation - Provide support for payroll processing or process payroll - Maintain confidentiality of financial information Skills - Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks - Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices - Ability to accurately perform 10-key typing for data entry tasks - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Note:
