Illinois Based Part Time Commercial Litigator Sought

The position will start out as part time and can potentially migrate to full time.
The desired attorney should have at least seven years of litigation experience with state and federal court matters, and ideally, the attorney should have a substantial amount of breach of contact litigation experience.
Bar licensing in Illinois is required.
This is a mostly remote position, but the person should be able to meet at our office in the NW Suburbs of Chicago from time to time--about twice a month.
Ideally, the desired attorney should have some federal practice experience, but even if not, he/ she should be willing and able to get admitted to the Illinois ND district to represent clients as necessary.
Since this a remote position, the selected person is expected to be in constant contact by email, phone, and text during business hours.
Most of the litigation will involve primarily breach of contract plaintiff side representation, but some will involve defense work.
The initial compensation is $100,000/ year for up to 20 hours per week of work, and the salary will increase to $160K/ year for full time 40 hour per week work, if the position migrates to full time.
