Responsibilities:
Manage all IT systems including planning, deployment, and maintenance of systems Perform system and software upgrades quickly and efficiently Lad and support various projects completing them on time and under budget Monitor and enhance all user security, access controls, and data protection measures Lead data migration projects using excel templates Implement and maintain DevOps practices streamlining software development Troubleshoot, identify, and implement solutions for root cause of any issues that arise Work with development team on tracking software bugs and finding resolutions IT Operations Engineer Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or greater in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field In-Depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP System Working knowledge of and previous experience with PowerBI for reporting Proven professional experience with ERPs and Warehouse Management Systems Previous experience working on an ERP implementation, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Experienced in DevOps tools and practices Previous experience with data migrations and strong Excel template knowledge Ample experience with Microsoft SQL Database developing stored procedures, writing SQL queries, designing custom databases, and strong ETL pipeline knowledge Strong root cause troubleshooting skills IT Operations Engineer Build a rewarding long-term career with us at CFS-when we knock, doors open.
