Responsibilities:
o Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claimso Identify new client insurance needs, insurance risk, goals, current coverage, and financial situation by scheduling meetings for new customers, ensuring a personalized experienceo Address existing and prospective customer requests in a prompt and friendly matter, including booking new meetings and responding to inquiries regarding billing, eligibility, coverage, claims, and insurance policieso Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategieso Maintain databases, records, and bookkeeping, ensuring all paperwork is up to dateo Ability to understand the needs and financial concerns of clientso Ability to educate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encountero Promote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goalso Cultivating relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial security o Ability to build an insurance and financial practice through establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clientso Providing compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances ariseo Having a clear focus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of client relationships over time
Qualifications:
o Background in the health insurance or life insurance industries preferredo Excellent verbal and written communication skills requiredo Skilled with Microsoft Officeo Previous customer service or experience as a sales representative preferredo Must have graduated high school or received GED, a Bachelor's degree is desiredAbout Company:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
