Responsibilities:
Sales Adheres to all corporate Sales and Customer Service programs and ensures customer satisfaction.
Actively supports the store in complying with and conducting contests and promotions.
Operations Maintains and controls all expenses to ensure store profitability.
Makes all Associates partner in cost savings measures.
Protects all corporate assets by following Loss Prevention guidelines.
Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Provides for a well maintained, clean, and organized store to support efficient operations and a pleasant shopping environment.
Merchandising and Marketing Effectively merchandises store in accordance with corporate communications.
Strives to continually increase personal product knowledge.
Qualifications:
The candidate should possess one year of prior retail experience, but isn't required The candidate must possess professional and customer service skills and attributes.
The candidate must be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week.
