A Retail Sales Associate represents the company and assists customers by assessing their needs and helping them find the right products.
Position
Responsibilities:
Provide an amazing shopping experience to every customer by welcoming them into the store and engaging in conversation to recommend products and explain features and benefits Stay knowledgeable about our products to be able to resonate with customer needs Keep displays, products, signs, and work areas clean and organized Re-stock product, meeting visual merchandising standards Operate a register system, balance drawer Package and label products Adhere to company policies and procedures Meet store goals and objectives Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements:
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds Able to stand for extended periods Dexterity of hands and fingers Able to walk, stoop, crouch, kneel, reach with hands and arms, twist, balance, and bend at waist Ability to climb a step stool or ladder in order to stock or acquire product for sale Not sensitive to smells and fragrances
Qualifications:
