Job Description:
Plans and executes Business workstream deliverables within a project.
This project will allow the candidate to learn international business, reinsurance, and exposure to collaborate across multiple functions of the company.
Key Accountabilities Support the Business team to successfully implement a large-scale reinsurance-focused project.
Collaborate with multiple teams including internal & external reinsurance partners, legal, tax, and business teams to ensure contractual deliverables are met.
Develop, monitor, and execute business workstream deliverables.
Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data, developing and documenting processes and procedures, and supporting the implementation of systems and solutions.
Skillsets and requirements Project management/organization skills Confidence to analyze current processes and propose/develop/implement solutions geared toward efficiency Organizational and self-management skills, with the capability to take charge and work independently Ability to synthesize issues & concerns, follow up, and drive to completion Ability to multi-task and drive/manage deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and high standards of quality MS suite proficient, VLOOKUP & Pivot skillset preferred Prior Reinsurance knowledge (preferred but not essential) Comments for Suppliers:
Hybrid, 2-3 days on-site 3-5 years experience with Project Management Prefer to have Re-insurance knowledge Support external stakeholders in the US and overseas -Working with a large database (1100 - 1200) and contacting insurers regarding the change in operating model.
-Expected to support the Captives and Reinsurance Manager (right-hand person) The project planning portion is already completed.
Will be trained in contractual agreements and other aspects of the role.
Needs to be self-starter, be inquisitive, have excellent communication skills, research skills, and well organized.
1-panel on-site interview.
