Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience and guiding new customers through the enrollment process for products and services Attend trainings for new product offerings and become an expert in all product knowledge and compliance standards Set objectives, plan, organize and coordinate with team members to meet objectives and goals for marketing campaigns Assist sales consultants in the marketing and membership process whenever needed Enhance the customer experience through new ideas and approaches for marketing and branding programs Entry Level Account Representative Requirements:
1 to 3 years of experience in marketing and/ or customer-facing environments A love for high-quality customer experiences and customer engagement Proficient communication ability in demanding situations Analytical mind, while creatively flexible Passion for unique marketing and sales strategies Flexibility in a fast-moving, constantly changing environments An unwavering desire for continued improvement and experimentation Job Type:
