Montway is growing and looking to expand our Moving and Relocation Business Development team.

We are looking for a qualified Customer Service Representative to join Montways Moving and Relocation team.
Your primary responsibility would be providing a superior customer experience through assisting the relocating employee and requests, respond to queries in a timely manner, and deliver a positive customer experience.
Your performance will be measured by customer satisfaction.
You should have excellent organizational, communication, rapport, and negotiation skills.
Ultimately, you should assist our team in becoming the premier provider of corporate auto relocations.
Responsibilities Include (But Are Not Limited To The Following):
Answering inbound phone calls and performing email communications related to providing auto transport quotes, confirmation of bookings, pick-up, and delivery status, billing, and changes to orders.
Act as the Single Point of Contact on assigned accounts being the liaison between the client/transferee and operations/carriers addressing issues as they arise with the focus of being the Voice of the Customer.
Performs data entry into CRM for purposes such as processing orders accessing previous orders and special orders and providing customers with quotes, shipment instruction, and delivery confirmation and status updates; researches any other inquiries as requested.
Provide status updates for clients/transferees.
Own compliance for client-specific service level agreements.
Address customer accounting and claims issues as they arise.
Quickly escalate urgent issues to Senior Management.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to effectively negotiate.
Ability to effectively use a CRM, Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint/Slides Ability to build empathy with prospective customers.
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.
Ability to handle a high-volume workload and paperwork with specific concentration on excellent follow-up procedures, effective caseload management Strong team player that thrives in a fast-paced environment Have strong time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure The culture, the vibe:
