Customer Experience Representative

Job DescriptionThe Customer Experience Representative is responsible for investigation and resolution of customer inquiries in an expedient and efficient manner.
This individual must be a strategic thinker and work well in a team setting.
This is a full-time opportunity Monday-Friday with varying shifts between the hours of 6:
30 am to 6:
00 pm.
Other hours are required.
Responsibilities:
o Communicating with customers via phone, email, and live chato Assisting customers with questions, software navigation, and issue resolutiono Identifying trending issues and providing thorough research and documentation of findingso Root cause analysis reportingo Effectively managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmento Coordinating with teams across the business to relay informationDESIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
o Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experienceo Experience with admin-level Microsoft Office taskso Excellent customer serviceo Effective oral and written communication skillso Basic understanding of technical concepts o Experience with cell phone technologyo Background in health care is preferredo Experience with Salesforce preferredo Bi-lingual in French and/or Spanish desiredBEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
