We are looking for a capable and experienced Customer Resolutions Specialist to join our team! We want to ensure that even when things go wrong, our customers receive the best possible service from us to make things right.
Working alongside our existing Specialist, this role requires a can-do attitude and the ability to communicate with customers effectively about their issue.
Applicants should be able to review and resolve issues with an empathetic and logical approach to keep our customers happy even during a more difficult situation.
We understand that this can be a challenging position, but with a 24/7 customer service team and a growing resolutions team, Mixam aims to provide all the support you need to get the job done.
What will you be doing?Investigating and Responding to the customer inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
Logging all responses into our system for transparency of past and present resolutions.
Work closely with our customer service team to investigate issues.
Seek advice from the leadership team for more challenging situations, in addition to making suggestions on how Mixam can improve in the future.
Ensure that the customer understands that though the issue occurred, we will work hard to improve so it does not happen again.
This role includes:
Medial, Dental and Vision Insurance in addition to a 401K.
Work from home and hybrid schedules are available after a three month probationary period.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years experience in customer resolutions and customer service.
Print or graphic design experience is a plus.
Yearly salary is based on experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
