TAM's are equipped with extensive training in sales process management, competitive knowledge, business development and more.

PRIMARY
Responsibilities:
As a member of the team you will build the business through recruiting and onboarding new insurance agency partners.
Conduct interviews with licensed insurance agents to show why being an independent broker is the best option for a career in the insurance industry Identifying candidates through cold calls, email, and talent acquisition platforms such as LinkedIn and Social Media.
Qualifying prospects once engaged via 2-step interviewing process Consult and advise on financial and time requirements for agency approval.
Candidate evaluation to ensure proper candidates are onboarded.
Managing partners via CRM to ensure monthly goals are attained.
Managing candidates via CRM and databases.
Ongoing communication to ensure candidates are onboarded in timely manner.
Essential Job Functions:
Actively participates in the Agent Recruiting Process by connecting with warm-source candidates, leading interviews and providing input into the selection process.
Expectation is 60 plus calls per day, along with email, text and social media connections to develop relationships with experienced, licensed agents.
Develop a professional sales force and assure company needs for sales and succession planning are met by implementing effective unit recruitment, selection, and retention strategies.
Build and cultivate relationships with existing potential agents out in the field.
Develop and maintain a professional representation of RELI Exchange in local community, insurance industry and professional associations; be active in local community and association activities.
Develops and maintains effective professional relationships within the company to achieve revenue, sales, customer growth, and profit goals for the unit; facilitates the accurate identification and resolution of problems; and participates in and supports company initiatives Ensure that the assigned Agents comply with state, federal, industry and corporate requirements.
Preferred Requirements In depth knowledge of the insurance industry practices and trends, current sales methodology, business and personnel management principles and practices, multi-line insurance fundamentals, state and federal regulations Proven sales skills and the ability to motivate others Ownership of reliable transportation Position Requirements Currently reside in Illinois, within one hour of Schaumburg, ability to work in office setting Strong agent recruiting, selection, training and retention skills Strong verbal/written communication, human relations and leadership skills Solid innovative/problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions Proficiency in applicable software and technology including Microsoft Office, and GSuite Products Ability to prepare and implement marketing and prospecting plans ABOUT RELI EXCHANGE:
