The Customer Service Representative is responsible for servicing clients, fulfilling orders, and liaising with the warehouse to ensure that deliveries are accurate and on time.
The Service Rep is also responsible for accurately completing Bill of Lading BOL details for each new shipment in a timely manner.
Additionally Service Representatives are responsible for ensuring reports are accurate and up to date.
This role requires a high level of communication via email, text message, and over the phone to ensure all objectives are achieved.
Additionally, Customer Service Reps will:
- Ensure all shipments are processed accurately and on time - Prepare and maintain reports on logistics activities - Provide best in class service to clients and maintain strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Communicate with suppliers, customers, and transportation companies to ensure smooth operations - Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the transportation process - Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities
