56 per hour working up to 19 hours per week.

JOB
Summary:
This position performs a wide range of general office duties to include, but not limited to typing, copying, faxing, mail distribution, etc.
This role will need to effectively and clearly communicate to a full range of people inside and outside the organization, be capable of managing and prioritizing multiple projects with thoroughness and accuracy, and organize time and resources efficiently.
JOB DUTIES:
1.
Acts as office receptionist.
Answers incoming phone calls and provides routine information, or properly routes calls for appropriate resolution.
Distributes incoming mail; prepares and routes outgoing mail.
2.
Verifies computations and credit card statements; Calls vendors to obtain invoices for credit card statements; Determines if invoices are credit card or purchase order statements.
3.
Gathers data and embeds the department's monthly report information for submittal within the designated timeframe.
4.
Calls vendors and updates bidders' lists with current information.
5.
Provides support to supervisory staff for preparation of administrative documents.
Types moderately difficult material which may require the exercise of judgment in processing information within specified format.
Prepares routine correspondence and proofs for accuracy.
6.
Formats department forms and templates.
7.
Copies, sorts and collates documents for assembly.
Files documents as appropriate.
8.
Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1.
Education equivalent to a high school diploma.
2.
Up to 6 months of general office experience.
3.
Proficiency with current computer software systems, including email, calendar programs, job specific software, and customer service systems preferred or within the first six months of employment.
