Duties:
Ensure excellent and professional client service at all times.
Greet visitors/guests -validate against guest list, provide badge, parking validation as necessary.
Coordinate catering for meetings.
Assist with audio visual equipment for meetings.
Back up clerical support (making copies, printing, scanning, etc.
).
Other duties as assigned.
