Position Overview Reporting to the Area Vice President of Inside Sales, the Director of Current Client Consulting plays an important role within our Sales Support Division, providing leadership and oversight to our Current Client Consulting (CCC) department.
The Director of Current Client Consulting is responsible for managing, coaching, teaching and training a team of CCC managers.
The ideal candidate possesses a strong attention to detail, a proven track record in employee development, and an extensive background in B2B sales.

Create and execute business plan for CCC department by aligning priorities across the organization to achieve annual sales goals Managing 6-8 CCC managers in order to maximize sales revenue Review each CCC manager's expenses and stay within budget Counsel with each CCC manager on their monthly sales objectives and weekly activity goals as well as any action plans if needed Conduct bi-weekly one on one meeting with each CCC manager using an agenda Regularly review department performance to ensure sales and quota responsibilities are on target at the manager and CCC representative level Recruiting, hiring and training CCC manager team, staff to required headcount levels Constructively handle (or supervise the handling of) all customer complaints related and have an established chain of command for all escalations Create a climate that attracts, retains, and motivates the CCC department to reach high-quality standards Requirements 3-5 years of experience in sales management 2-3 years of sales experience with SaaS solutions Proven track record in managing and directing a highly-skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented salesforce Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements Willingness to travel and work in a virtual environment Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams Able to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment Our journey forward.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
