Responsibilities:
Assist customers by answering questions about our products and recommending new products by identifying their needs Enter customer orders and perform necessary tasks to ensure timely and accurate processing Maintain customer relationships High volume order entry Interact with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Logistics other internal groups to ensure a positive customer experience Communicate with customers via Live Chat to provide real-time help and service SKILLS & ABILITIES Strong verbal and written communication skills Empathy and strong listening skills Familiarity with MS Office:
Email, Excel, Word, or similar systems Basic Customer Service Skills:
desire to help external and internal customers resolve challenges, and take ownership in resolving those challenges Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Education and/or
Experience:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) Manufacturing Environment Preferred Job Types:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
