Closely work with key customers (end clients) to ensure timely and successful solutions to customer needs Assist with challenging customer requests Provide/prepare miscellaneous paperwork for audits Relationship management, including regular client contact Able to represent our company in a professional manner with external clients Maintain customer records and information data Perform other duties as assigned by CEO/CFO Qualification:
