We facilitate the best conditions for you to be productive with our shadowing & hands-on training, 1-1 meetings, systems, and marketing.
We have assisted experienced agents and those who are brand new to the business, to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Respond to leads quickly & Follow up with all leads Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate, and completed in a timely manner Attend ongoing trainings Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data Recruit and mentor future agents
